Well-established NH Seacoast technical recruiting firm seeking a new full-time technical recruiter for their team. Must have at least 1 year experience recruiting IT and/or engineering professionals for nation-wide positions.
- Review job opportunity descriptions and identify key technical and personal requirements
- Use a variety of resume sources and tools to single out potential candidates; contact them via phone, email, text, or social media and discuss position
- Customize resumes if needed to highlight relevant skills and background; present to account management team for job submittal
- Maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle
- 1+ years experience in technical recruiting
- Understanding of at least one Applicant Tracking System
- Familiarity with internet-based resume sources
- Good understanding of social media
- Comfortable with SQL queries and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Team player and self-starter
